Located in a peaceful setting in La Turballe, with the beach and ocean within easy reach, this exceptional house enjoys a privileged location at the start of the Pen Bron peninsula. Here, space and light combine to offer you a stay dedicated to relaxation and freedom.

Villa Houat can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people thanks to its 5 carefully furnished bedrooms:
- On the ground floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds (140x190 and 160x190).
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double beds (140x190 and 160x190) and a fifth bedroom consisting of two bunk beds (i.e. 4 single beds 90x190), ideal for children.
The heart of the house consists of a large, bright living room.
You'll find a large living room with a television, as well as a modern dining room with a large, inviting table. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen, featuring induction hobs, will allow you to prepare your meals with ease.
The villa has two bathroom facilities:
-A spacious main bathroom with a large shower.
-A second, smaller bathroom with shower, at the garage level, ideal for returning from the beach.
An exceptional exterior
The real advantage of Villa Houat is its very large, fully fenced grounds. The terrace invites you to enjoy long lunches in the sun or relaxing outdoors in a completely secure setting.
From a practical standpoint, you can easily park 2 to 3 vehicles at the entrance to the property without encroaching on the space for games (bowls, shuffleboard, etc.). The house also has a garage (not accessible for vehicle parking).
