Imagine yourself in a cozy studio, in the heart of the iguen, enjoying a seaside stay in a functional, bright and ideally located place. Welcome to Studio de l'Océan, a warm studio, perfect for holidays as a couple, with family or friends.
This 16 m² studio, designed to accommodate up to 4 people, offers a perfect balance between practicality and comfort. The bright and well-laid-out living area includes a double sofa bed (140x190 cm), a lounge area with a television, and an open-plan kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob and all the necessary cookware and utensils. A small dining area with a table provides a convivial space for sharing meals.
Upon entering, on the right and discreetly separated by curtains, you will find a sleeping area with a bunk bed consisting of two single beds 90x190, ideal for children or friends.
The bathroom has a shower and toilet, designed for your comfort after a day of walks or at the beach.
Outside, you'll enjoy a charming balcony furnished with garden furniture and a parasol, offering a lovely view of the surrounding houses. A true haven of relaxation to savor your breakfasts or the end of the day in the sun.
