This magnificent 3-room apartment, located on the 5th and top floor with elevator, has recently been carefully renovated to offer a modern and comfortable setting.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by an entrance hall with a cupboard, ideal for storing your personal belongings. The spacious and bright living space, facing south, offers a large corner living room with a lounge equipped with a TV and a fully equipped open kitchen. You will find a microwave, a kettle, a Nespresso machine, as well as a filter coffee maker, a toaster, induction hobs (x3), an oven, a dishwasher, and a fridge/freezer. This kitchen area opens onto a spacious corner terrace (12m2), furnished with outdoor furniture and equipped with an awning, offering stunning sea views.
