Magnificent 156 square meter house located in La Baule-Escoublac.
ArrayIt has a garden and can accommodate up to 10 people.
This new house includes:
- three bedrooms with three double beds 160x200;
- a bedroom with two single beds 90x200;
- three functional bathrooms;
- three toilets, two of which are independent;
- a laundry room with washing machine and dryer as well as a sink and a second fridge;
- an open and fully equipped kitchen;
- a large comfortable living room with dining area;
- a small mezzanine living room with a sofa bed;
- a bioclimatic pergola to enjoy the outdoors.
It should be noted that the upper floor of the house is air-conditioned.
The living room has a large bay window with adjustable slatted shutters.
Swimming pool availability: June to September 2025 (except for climatic hazards)
You will particularly appreciate its brightness and its tastefully decorated living room.

- 15 minutes by car from the fortified town of Guérande and the salt marshes;
- 5 minutes by car from the Brière Regional Natural Park (for an exotic boat trip).
Here are some good addresses for your taste buds;
- the "Bidule" for aperitifs from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. (wine bar in Pornichet popular for its atmosphere);
- Nina at the Beach (restaurant on the embankment, with seafood, right on the water);
- Les Canetons (a simple and good Bauloise institution with a lovely view);
- the La Baule Market (every morning during school holidays) and the Pornichet Market open on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
