The owner's note, FRANCK
Hello, We completely redid this villa 2 years ago to be our vacation spot, everything is done so that it is pleasant with family or friends and that everyone can have their independence.
You will find there:
On the ground floor: an entrance, a magnificent living room with an American kitchen from where you can see the sea, dining area, lounge area with fireplace and large bay windows overlooking the outside. From the entrance, a corridor leads to independent toilets, a home cinema, a bedroom with its private bathroom and a master suite with bathroom and toilets.
On the floor: a landing with office space, toilets, a shower room, two beautiful bedrooms with balcony and a bedroom/office with a convertible bed. From the landing, a staircase leads to a 6th bedroom and its bathroom with a 360 degree view. In the basement: the 7th bedroom with its shower room, toilets and a laundry area.
The most of the house: outside you can enjoy a large terrace with garden furniture, barbecue area, pétanque court, dining area and heated swimming pool (10 x 4m)
The beach is 100m from the house, the shops from avenue Lajarrige at 400m and the tennis club at 300m.
We hope you like it as much as we do! For your convenience, and the good maintenance of the house, a weekly intermediate cleaning is required.
