Come and have a wonderful stay in this beautiful, very bright and tastefully renovated villa in a lively area. After climbing a few steps, you will reach an entrance leading to the living room with an extension to the lounge area (Fireplace and flat screen TV), the latter opening onto a very beautiful south-facing terrace, with an outdoor table that can accommodate up to 10 people. cutlery - Modern kitchen with all the necessary equipment (microwave, ceramic hob, extractor, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher) - Bedroom n°1 with 160/200 bed and very large dressing room - Office that can serve as a bedroom with sofa bed 160/190 - Bathroom with Wc.
