Warm and well-appointed, it is located in the residential leisure park "Les Cottages de La Baule", between La Baule and Guérande, which has a shared indoor swimming pool, children's play areas for the summer and a bowling green from July.
The cottage includes:

- a second bedroom with a bed for people weighing less than 50 kg and 1 trundle bed (2x80);
- a shower room;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a lounge area to relax after a day of walking;

You can go by bike via the Vélocéan to La Baule and Guérande.
