This beautiful apartment in Le Guen is ideal for a getaway with family or friends on the Côte d'Amour. Located on the 1st floor of a charming early 20th-century building, this spacious 85 m² living space is centered around a superb 40 m² living room enhanced by an elegant bow window.
You will appreciate the immediate proximity to amenities, as you will be staying only 100 meters from the market and the port.
To make your family outings easier, the apartment has a practical advantage: a private room on the ground floor to store your bikes and strollers.
The sleeping area has been designed for everyone's comfort. The master bedroom is equipped with a large double bed (160x200) for restful nights. The second bedroom, perfectly suited for children or friends, has two single beds (90x200).
Please note that bed linen and towels are provided at an additional cost.
