Nestled on the floor of a luxury residence without an elevator, this bright apartment will charm you with its unobstructed view and its large balcony equipped with a table, four chairs and an electric griddle for your summer evenings.
The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed of 140x200 and a second bedroom located upstairs in a duplex of 20 m² also having two double beds of 140x200 to accommodate up to 4 people.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned and perfectly equipped with a kitchen including a coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator and washing machine, not forgetting the television, iron and ironing board as well as the hair dryer.
Private parking is included and free public parking is located just 50 meters away for your convenience.
Bed linen and towels are provided on request for an additional fee.
The accommodation has a wifi connection to keep you connected during your holiday.
